Attorney Fox is planning to cover the subject of unsupportable traffic stops. With a background steeped in criminal defense, he is prepared to provide the seminar attendees with knowledge and insight that they can utilize when handling similar cases.
The Nuts 'n' Bolts Seminar will be held on November 13th and 14th as a two-part conference. The first day of the seminar features important topics such as immigration, case assessment, plea bargaining, and motion revocation. There will also be a reception held that evening. On the following day, speakers will cover pretrial motions, jury selection, sexual assault, and significant cases of 2014.
This seminar has been approved by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for 13.25 hours in the specialty fields of criminal appellate, criminal law, and juvenile law. All attendees will be credited with these CLE hours, included 1.0 hour ethics. It has been funded by a state grant administered by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
Attorney Fox was first admitted into the Texas Bar in 1999 and since then has grown immensely in his skills and techniques. He is a member of the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, as well as a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Attorney Fox has written and published several different works which cover topics such as license revocation hearings, community supervision programs, and anonymous DWI tipsters.
